2 Visits Per Year
$22 Per Month OR $264 Per Year
Priority Service: When you call, we will respond within 24 hours unless it’s an emergency which gives you preferential scheduling and an additional discount on the emergency call-out rate.
No Dispatch Fee: During normal hours.
12-Month Commitment Required: If canceled before the 12-month period, the remaining balance will be due at the time of cancellation.
Discounts of 10% Up to $100: Additional discounts for military, first responders, teachers, and seniors.
Twice a Year Plumbing Inspection: Which includes the following (Water heater flush – once per year, dye test toilets, winterize/de-winterize hose bibs as needed, check drains, sump pump operation check, faucet and fixture operation check, water pressure check, water quality test.)
Water Treatment Systems: Include a free water test and visual inspection. Any additional work, such as adding calcite, etc. will be an additional fee.
Winterization and De-Winterization: We will prepare your plumbing for the cold months and then change it back for the warm months.
Any Repairs Needed: We will provide and estimate for and discuss the level of importance.
